She was predeceased by: her parents, Stokely Arrowood and Henrietta Pierce Arrowood; her husband Jimmie D. Messer; her siblings, Edith Mullaney, Shirley Lunsford (Dewey), Ann Burnette (Joey) and Tommy C. Arrowood; her stepfather Frank C. Pack; and her sister-in-law Johnnie Pack.
She is survived by: her children, Tommy Messer and Susan Messer-Foshie (Micheal); her grandson Philip Foshie (Addie); and her siblings, Jimmy C. Pack and Jackie Allen. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Jonestown Cemetery.
