He is survived by : his parents, Bill Toliver and Mary Toliver; his brother Jeff Toliver (Brittany); his daughters, Rachel Waddell (Christopher) and Kiersten Toliver (Stacy); his stepdaughter Ashley Williams; his grandsons, Jaxon and Elijah; his niece Victoria Toliver; and his nephew Austin Toliver. He is also survived by Papaws partners.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made toward the funeral expenses.
