He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Turner and June Turner; his brother Shawn Necessary; his father-in-law Rev. Larry Ball; and his grandparents, Sterling, Edith Necessary, Joe and Gladys Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Ball Turner; his children, Eric Turner (Mary), Cody Turner, Brooke Ramsey (Josh) and Gene Warren (Kayla); his grandchildren, Avery, Eli Turner, Eric, Kenith, Erin Turner, Caiden, Kolton, Brooklyn Ramsey, Peyton and Kainnon Holden Worley; his sister Tabi Messer (Rick); his aunts, Sandy Phillips and Rita Self; his uncle Howardy White (Freddy Necessary); his mother-in-law Sharon Ball; his daughter-in-law Rachel Worley; and his siblings-in-law, Missy Turner (Marty), Crissy, Jessica White (Larry) and Ricky Ball (late Vina). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.
