It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Dean Ramsey of Del Rio, Tennessee, who passed away on January 22, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Rufus Black and Gennie B. Black; her brother Edward Black; her grandchildren, Frances DiNello and Leyton Reed; her nephew Kenny Jenkins; her mother-in-law Opal Ramsey; her sisters-in-law, Vivian Ramsey and Brenda Ramsey; and her grandfather-in-law Oda Parks.
She is survived by : her husband D. C. Ramsey of Del Rio, TN; her children, Jerry "Spanky" Holt Jr. (Barbara) of Grassy Fork, TN, Mark Ramsey (Sally) of Cosby, TN, Deborah "Susie" Moore (Carroll) of Del Rio, TN, Leasia Reece of Newport, TN, Kim Finchum of Newport, TN and Rebecca (Becky); her grandchildren, Jarrod Holt (Sarah), Josh Holt (Ben), Eric Reece (Misty), Eli Ramsey, Rylan Parton, Stacy Reece Frost, Ashley Clevenger (Jonas), Macie Reed and Alexis Parton; her great grandchildren, Ariela Holt, Cambree Clevenger, Brylee Clevenger, Kamen Clevenger, Michael DiNello, Murray DiNello, Lydia Reece, Jaycee Reed and Colsyn Henderson; her sisters, Mary Kate Fish (Danny) and Mildred Jenkins (Kenneth); her siblings-in-law, Diana Black, Brenda Smith, Mary Ramsey, John Dale Ramsey and Barney Ramsey (Carolyn); her close friends, Judy Hudson and Wanda Lamb; and her pet Boots. She is also survived by sister; a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
