He was predeceased by: his parents, Garfield "Skiver" Millsaps and Hollis Millsaps; his siblings, Dale Millsaps, Jerry Millsaps, Patsy Jenkins and Unita Hicks; his sons, Keith Millsaps and Kelvin Millsaps; and his grandson Joey Millsaps.
He is survived by: his son Mike; his daughter-in-law April Millsaps; his son Scott "Sloopy" Millsaps; his grandchildren, Cassie Sanders (Josh), Josh Millsaps (Megan), Zack Millsaps (Lauren), Skiver Millsaps and Hayden Millsaps; his brother Herman; his sister-in-law Margie Millsaps; Will Sanders. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bordwine Funeral Home (203 Ohio Ave, Etowah, TN 37331). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the funeral home.
