He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Peck and Eleanor Barrett-Peck; his brother Andrew Barrett Peck; and his son Benjamin Sean Peck. He is survived by: his wife Deanna; his daughters, Wendy George (Jay) and Amy Peck-Niedfeldt; his stepchildren, Ben Johnson and Jessica Webster (Simon); his grandchildren, Blaine Peck (Allie), Harley Cribb (Ryan), Holden George, Isabella Peck, Brennan Niedfeldt, Finley Niedfeldt, Brett Burgess, Bryce Burgess, Brock Johnson, Kyliegh DuHamel and Alice Coleman; and his great grandchildren, Malakai Peck and Easton Cribb.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to the Trinity Building Fund, a ministry close to the hearts of both Joe and Deanna.
