She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hafford and Hazel Hafford; and her siblings, John Hafford and Louise Connett of Eldorado, Illinois.. She is survived by: her sons, Rev. Jeffery Tyler of Lawrenceburg and Rev. Jarrod Tyler of McDonough, Georgia.; her grandchildren, Joshua Tyler, Justin Tyler, Chrystal Chaffin, Rachel Tyler, Cherith Tyler, Gabrielle Tyler, Adam Tyler, Andrew Tyler, Nicolas Tyler and Noah Tyler; and her great grandchildren, David Tyler, Juniper Tyler and Donald Chaffin.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home (214 N Main St, Dickson, TN 37055). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
