Blackwell of Dickson, TN; his mother Sandy Bryant Moore (Carlos) of Charlotte, TN; his children, Brodie Blackwell of Charlotte, TN and Katie Bata of Arkansas; his stepchildren, Eli Manor of Dickson, TN and Ryleigh Waters of Dickson, TN.; his sisters, Cari Long of Charlotte, TN, Dixie Borys of California, Jaimey Warren of Texas and Maria Green of Fairview; his stepsister Carla Patterson (Mel) of Charlotte, TN.; and his grandson Oliver Blackwell.
