Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home (214 N Main St, Dickson, TN 37055). The military honors will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Wounded Warrior Project, two causes close to Chad's heart.
