He is survived by: his children, Sarah Johnson (James) of Charlotte, TN, Emily Birt of Dickson, TN and Andy Bullington (Amber) of Lakeland, FL; his siblings, Robert Bullington (Betty) of Owensboro, KY, Edna Gilbert of Indian Lake, FL, Dolly Horton (Brian) of Owensboro, KY, Barbara Peters of Owensboro, KY, Connie Ashworth of Kentucky and Nancy Coomes (Michael) of Owensboro, KY.; his grandchildren, Paige Johnson, Becca Tidwell (Kody), Mathew Johnson, Emma Birt, Jacob Martin, Eva Martin, Ava Bullington, Anderson Bullington, Harper Johnson and Asher Bullington; his great grandchildren, Clara Tidwell and Josiah Tidwell; and his nephew Doug Gilbert (Amy).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Spann Funeral Home (1961 Hwy 48 N, Dickson, TN 37055). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
