He is survived by: his wife Joyce Winfrey; and his children, Eddie Lewis (Tammy), Jerry Lewis (Pam), Gary Lewis (Cindy), Debbie Erranton (Robert), Jeff Lewis (Lynn) and Chris Lewis (Becky). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
