He is survived by: his significant other Debbie Tidwell; his children, Beth Tidwell, Anthony Fisher (Shinobu) and Kevin Fisher (Vanessa); his grandchildren, Kumi (Michael), Janie, Kai, Addison and Libby; his great grandchild Sydney; his siblings, Donna England (Kenny), Joel Myers, Keifer Tidwell (Mary) and Mark Tidwell (Illke); and his sister-in-law Jennifer Myers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
