She is survived by: her children, Clayton Thomas Fortner (Kristin) of Dickson, Pamela Elaine Smith of Columbia, Sheryl Ann Tidwell of Lyles and Susan Renee Hargrove (David) of Dickson. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
