He was predeceased by : his former life partner Marjorie Ladd Green; his daughter Leanne Green; and his sister Ann Baker. He is survived by : his wife Phyllis Green of Dickson, TN; his children, Lawson Green (Stacey) of Burns, TN, Lisa Perdue (Dean) of Gallatin, TN and Laurie Smith (William) of Nashville, TN; and his stepdaughters, Gena Reid of San Antonio, TX, Marta Turbeville (Joey) of Dickson, TN and Amanda Nicks (Patrick) of Dickson, TN. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
