She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Allen Rice and Maudie Crowder Rice; her husband Everett Franklin; her son Larry Franklin; her daughter-in-law Patricia Franklin; and her siblings, Garner Rice and Eunice Weatherspoon.
She is survived by: her daughter Faye Bush (Eddie); her grandchildren, Jennifer Hooper (Paul), Brandon Franklin (Emily), Randall Bell (Tammy) and Tammy Morton (Ernie); her great grandchildren, Tyler Stokes, Madison Caruthers, Brittany Bell, Bradley King and Remi Franklin; and her great great grandchildren, Ryder Bell and Jackson Caruthers.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home (214 N Main St, Dickson, TN 37055). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
