She was predeceased by : her parents, Hillman Heggie and Maggie Tanner Heggie; and her siblings, Boss, Glen, Boyd Heggie, Allene, Ora, Edith, Ruby, Gusty, Eunice and Alma.

She is survived by : her sister Marian Wheat. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, March 9th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Taylor Funeral Home (214 N Main St, Dickson, TN 37055). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
