She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Eugene Walker; and her siblings, John Newberry and Ann Labbe. She is survived by: her daughter Kristie Diane Nelson (Shawn) of Norfolk, VA; her siblings, Jim Newberry and Kathy Laird (Bruce); her granddaughters, Toni Hunter (Brennen) of Dickson, Alyssa Beach (Terry) of Portsmouth, VA, Chelsea Ruffin of Gloucester, VA and Elena Ruffin of Nashua, NH; and her great grandchildren, Kali Ruffin, Blayze Boughton, Maddalyn Beach, Ryleigh Beach and Jacob Boughton.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home (214 N Main St, Dickson, TN 37055). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
