He is survived by: his son Brian Lewis Thompson (Angie) of Dickson, TN; his sisters, Shirley Dover of Dickson, TN and Debra Horsley (Mark) of Dickson, TN; his grandchildren, Sturgis Thompson and Libby Thompson; his great grandchildren, Abbie Whittington and Hunter Whittington; his siblings' children, Peggy Thompson, Mike Thompson, Eric Thompson (Tammy), Natashia Blanks (Jeremy), Nathanael Thompson and Lucinda Bishop (Derek); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dalton Duke, Will Duke, Grayce Thompson-Blanks, Rylee Thompson, Brady Thompson, John Lawrence Thompson and Harli Blanks.
