He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Potts and Alma Hood Potts; his son Randy Lynch; and his sister Helen Potts. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lynch Potts of Dickson, TN; his daughter Diane Bishop (Mark) of Dickson, TN; his grandchildren, Tonya Moran (Barry) of Burns, TN, Mark Atchison (Tracy) of Dickson, TN, Allie Goodwin (Seth) of Cumberland Furnace, TN, Derrick Lynch (Kristen) of Vanleer, TN and Chelsea Lynch of Dickson, TN; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Hailey, Ethan, Mia, Hudson, Preston, Leighton, Ivy and Bennett; and his pet Molly.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home (214 N Main St, Dickson, TN 37055). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
