She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Harper and Catherine Harper; her brother Albert Harper; and her niece Tresa Garber. She is survived by: her children, Vincent Tidwell (Susie) of Dickson, TN, Beverly Tidwell of Nashville, TN and Scarlet Tidwell of Clarksville, TN; her siblings, Doug Mangrum of Hendersonville, TN, Shirley Garber (Franky) of Waverly, TN and Darlene Riggins of Dickson, TN; and her nieces and nephews, Debbie Garber, Lisa Albarran, Renee Mangrum, Christy Harper, Doug Mangrum, Jr. and Clint Gibson. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home (2400 TN-13, Waverly, TN 37185). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
