He was predeceased by: his parents, Rebecca Pearl Luther and Charles Hull Luther, Jr.; and his daughter Brandi Eaton. He is survived by: his sister Amy Luther-Rockwell; his brother-in-law Rick Rockwell; his nibling Baer Rockwell of Chicago, IL.; his former wife Pamela Sue "Susie" Eaton of Centerville, TN.; and his friends, Jimmy Fields, Jim Dunaway and David Watson.
