He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robbins and Gertrude Smith Robbins. He is survived by: his wife Robin Robbins; his daughter Cheri Powell (Timothy Powell, Jr.); his sisters, Harriet Olszewski (Stanley) and Ruth Melita (Robert); and his grandsons, Timothy Powell II and Jase Powell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
