He was predeceased by: his parents, Jarod "Jack" Wadkins and Ellise Handay Wadkins; his wife Cynthia Lou Kershaw Wadkins; and his brothers, Dick Wadkins, Gene Wadkins and William Wadkins.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Wadkins (Veronica) of Dickson and Barbara Goetz of Charlotte. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
