With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Winfrey Lewis (Dickson, Tennessee), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 16, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Earl and Edna Lorene Lindsey Winfrey; her husband Edward Clay "Snooks" Lewis; her grandson Jeremy Erranton; and her siblings, Billy Winfrey, Wanda Taylor and Pam Winfrey.

She is survived by: her children, Eddie Lewis (Tammy), Jerry Lewis (Pam), Gary Lewis (Cindy), Debbie Erranton (Robert), Jeff Lewis (Lynn) and Chris Lewis (Becky); and her siblings, Danny Winfrey (Robbie), Braxton Winfrey, Kathleen Miller (Bill), Peggy Osborne, Mildred Sullivan, Linda Gray, Brenda Schmittou and Becky Swaw. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 10 Great-grandchildren, 3 Great Great-Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
