She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Jr. Burch and Agnes Burch (Meek); and her brother Eddie Ray Burch. She is survived by: her husband Donnie Choate; her sons, Rex Choate (Leah) and Brian Choate (Angel); her granddaughters, Alexa Choate, Jaclyn Choate (Austen Vanderhoof), Laken Harris (Zachary) and Annie Lea Choate; her great grandchildren, Grayson Harris and Camden Harris; and her close friend Fay Neblett.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1999, Memphis, TN 38101.
