He is survived by: his wife Linda Gail Roberts Upchurch; his children, Matthew Ryan Upchurch (Tennelle), Tracy Nichols (Robert) and Shannon Hunter (Jamie); his siblings, Jerry Upchurch (Montez), Pam Upchurch and Kay White (Marty); his grandchildren, Courtney Galeana, Nicholas Hunter, Delaney Hunter, Blake Hunter, Kennedy Hunter, Langley Hunter, Joe Burton Whittenburg and Jesse Taylor Whittenburg; and his great grandchildren, Jahaziel Galeana, Adriel Galeana and Liliana Grace Galeana (Lilly).
