She is survived by: her husband Walter Adair of Dickson, TN; her son Richard Lee Adair (Michelle Stachon) of Vanleer, TN.; her brothers, John Cox (Evelyn) of Mississippi and Walter Cox (Mildred) of Mississippi; and her grandchildren, Benjamin Adair and Sonja Adair.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Spann Funeral Home (1961 Hwy 48 N, Dickson, TN 37055). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
