She was predeceased by: her parents, Leamon Levi and Josephine Lamastus Fortner; her son Dana Owens, Jr.; her siblings, Elizabeth "Lizzy" Fortner, Clayton and James Fortner; and her grandchildren, Joseph and Jesse Sanders.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Coone (Daniel) of Dickson, Vanessa "Joe" Owens of Dickson and Tina Rich (Jeff) of White Bluff; her grandchildren, Rebecca Johnson (Josh), Rachael Dearborn (Joe), J. D. Sumerour (Chandler) and Kayla Petty (Eddie); and her great grandchildren, Brysen, Jacob, Brenen, Brock, Elizabeth, Neyland, Jackson and Asher. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
