She was predeceased by: her parents, John Steven Everitt and Helen Louise Hernquist Everitt; her husband John R. Bloise; her sons, James V. "Jimmy" Bloise, II and John R. Bloise, Jr.; and her grandson Mark Hudock.

She is survived by: her daughter Tanya Bloise VanOvermeiren of Dickson; her grandchildren, Justin Flicker, Branden Flicker, Ryan Keeny (Alexandria), Michelle Brown (Brad), Mikey VanOvermeiren, Sebastian VanOvermeiren, Savannah VanOvermeiren and Vanessa Etheridge; and her close friends, James, Sylvia McParland and Ron Mettler. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
