She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Hooks and Rosie Ledbetter Hooks; her husband Jerry Ray Tidwell; her son Marty Sylvis; her grandson Russell Carl Sylvis; and her siblings, Jerry Hooks, James Hooks and Marie Guthrie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica Wise and Tracie Williams; her sister Judy Wise; and her grandchildren, Kayla Williams, Shukonia Williams, Ashley Wise, Beth Wise, Michael Wise, Jessica Sylvis (Sissy), Nikki Sylvis and Lauren Sylvis. She is also survived by 12 Great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
