He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie Manjarrez (Jose) of Weaver, AL and Patricia Tidwell (Micah) of Bon Aqua, TN.; his sisters, Elva Smith (Jack) of Plymouth, MI and Cy Sharrow (Mike) of Standish, MI.; his grandchildren, Morghan Blanks, Elsie Tidwell, Eduardo Manjarrez, Olivia Tidwell and Alejandra Manjarrez; his girlfriend Karen Hoskins; his close friend Donny Mills; and his brother Stanley Bernard Smithson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Spann Funeral Home (1961 Hwy 48 N, Dickson, TN 37055). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
