He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Beisswanger, Sr. and Dorothy Mae Kemp Beisswanger. He is survived by: his wife Doris Louise Pierce Beisswanger; his children, Robert "Bobby" Beisswanger III and Cheryl Ann Polsley (Darrel); his siblings, John, Steve Beisswanger, Eileen Eckenroth and Ruth Behney; his grandchildren, Shayna Wright (Justin) and Ciarra Polsley; and his great grandchildren, Reagan and Jameson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to MDA (Muscular Dystrophy Association).
