He is survived by: his wife Judy Hollis Pemberton; his children, Donald Pemberton (Tracy) of Medina, TN and Tricia Pemberton Spargo (Dan) of Dayton, OH; his grandchildren, Justin Spargo (Sarah), Jordan Spargo, Derek Pemberton, Cameron Pemberton and Chloe Pemberton; and his great grandchildren, Owen and Levi Spargo.
