We are sad to announce that on June 5, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Robert Taphorn Jr. of Dickson, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Lindsey Rebecca Taphorn; and his parents, Robert E. Taphorn and Eunice Taphorn. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Proctor Taphorn; his children, Robert E. Taphorn III (Kaitlin) of West Virginia and Casey Reynolds of Mobile, AL; his siblings, Donnie Taphorn of Murphy, NC, Cindy Phillips (Tommy) of Beverly Hills, FL and Debbie Ponder (Rip) of Nokomus, FL; his siblings-in-law, Dean Proctor (Athena) of Dickson, TN and Cathy Burgess (Mike) of Colesburg, TN.; and his grandchildren, Quintin Tidwell, Tatum Taphorn, Kaeden Herdman, Embrie Herdman, Killian Herdman and Haleigh Warden. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews; and many many friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Events (105 S Main St, Dickson, TN 37055).
