She was predeceased by: her husband George Monroe Mangrum; her daughter Toni Kay; her son-in-law Roger Hampton; her parents, Hubert Nicks and Hazel Matlock Nicks; and her siblings, Lawrence Nicks and Charlene Henderson.

She is survived by: her sons, David Mangrum (Kathy) of Charlotte, TN and Daniel Mangrum (Jennifer) of Dickson, TN; her grandchildren, Jacob Hampton (Jennifer), Erin Lewis (Adam), Phillip Hampton, Samuel (Mayerly), Micah, Elijah and Sophia Mangrum; and her brother John Ray Nicks. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
