He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Dugan, Doug Bibee (Lynn), Marcel Clark (Billy) and Susan Alsobrooks (Wayne); his close friend Sheila Dugan; and his godson Kiefer Lund (Kailey). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
