She is survived by: her husband Roger Smith of Dickson, TN; her children, Lisa Register (Rick) of Augusta, GA, Jessica Southerland (Jon) of Dickson, TN and Jonathan Smith of Dickson, TN.; her siblings, John Ryan of North Carolina, Rebecca Yeater of Augusta, GA and Hazel Spivey of Augusta, GA.; her grandchildren, Michael Allen Clark, Kristin Worley (Nathan), Bryce Worley, Hannah Worley, Katelyn Worley, Ian Southerland, Lucas Southerland and Oliver Southerland; and her great grandchild Chloe McCorkle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
