It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Smith Travis (Dickson, Tennessee), who passed away on January 2, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Burns Smith and Ruth Sesler Smith; and her husband James Edwin Travis Sr.. She is survived by : her daughters, Lisa Groves (Lester) of Charlotte, TN, Lynn Collins (Steve Gray) of Charlotte, TN and Cindy Self (David) of Cumberland Furnace, TN.; and her siblings, Donna Mayfield (Mike) of Charlotte, TN. and Larry Smith (Beverly) of Charlotte, TN. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren 8 Great Grandchildren.
