He is survived by: his daughters, Margaret Shelton (Ken) and Cynthia Ragan (Jerry); his grandchildren, William Berkemeier (Karen), Ashley Shelton, Georgia and Helen Harper Martin; his great grandchild Amelia Berkemeier; his sister Pamela Briggs (Carter); his nieces, Emily Johnson and Grace Briggs; his great-nephew Camden; and his niece Evelyn Johnson.
