She is survived by: her husband Owen Cook of Lynn Grove, KY; and her children, David, Dan, Jamie, Tim and Mark. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
