He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley Mills and Ethel Mae Finley Mills; and his sister Barbara "Bobbi" Hooks (Sylvia Mae Nelson). He is survived by: his children, Russell Mills and Rachael Mills Kirk; his son-in-law Willie Kirk; his grandchildren, Kristin Mills McCall, Ryan Mills and Jamie Miller Cummings; and his sisters, Jackie Sue Lehman, Hazel Nebel and Judy Watwood White Walters. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren More nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Taylor Funeral Home (214 N Main St, Dickson, TN 37055).
