He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Booker and Ita Alice Jones Booker; and his siblings, Charlie Booker and Sandra Cathey. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Booker of Dickson; his daughters, Denise Laster (Jami) of McEwen, TN and Audra Booker of Clarksville, TN; and his grandchildren, Daniel Laster, Drew Laster and Brooke Laster. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
