He is survived by: his wife Bessie Sullivan Larkins of White Bluff, TN; and his children, Melissa Gale Larkins of Bentonville, AR, James W. Larkins of Nashville, TN and Jason Sullivan Larkins (Leslie) of Nashville, TN..
