The memory of Betty Murray of Dixon Springs, Tennessee, who passed away on October 5, 2025 at the age of 95, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the vast expanse of eternity, Betty shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Betty farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda F. Murray of Dixon Springs, Linda K. Brown of Lafayette, Walter Murray of Dixon Springs, Robert Murray (Beverly) of Hartsville and Terry Murray (Diane) of Rome; and her sister Julia Ann Driver of Lafayette. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Sanderson Funeral Homes, Inc. (901 Main St N, Carthage, TN 37030-1002). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
