He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Margaret Hollister and John Junior; and his grandchildren, Leighton Rhea Williams and Eric Simon Hollister. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his sons, Bryan (Dee), Dave (Kelly) and Keith (Mary); his siblings, John (Pat) and Nancy (Ralph); and his grandchildren, Daniel, Jonathon, Steven, Jordan, Hayden, Sami, Brittany, Andrew, Austin, Ashton, Anna, Kirby and Susanna Rose. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Gary's memory to Gentiva Hospice, Parkinson's research, or a charity of your choice.
