She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cook and Betty James Cook; and her husband Gene Underhill. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Michael Underhill (Mary) of Long Island, NY and Michelle Underhill (Mike) of Ronkonkoma, NY; and her siblings, Patty Cook Williams (Dwight) of Abilene, TX, Raymond Cook (Leslie), Pat Cook (Jennifer) and Timothy Cook (Dani). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
