He is survived by: his wife Linda Outlaw; his sons, Tim Outlaw (Sharon) and Jeff Outlaw (Judy); his grandchildren, Brittany Brock (Kenny), Taylor Outlaw, Abby Outlaw and Carlee Outlaw; and his siblings, Virginia Crain (Wayne), Danny Outlaw (Louise) and Betty Crosby (Tim). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
