He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Outlaw and Nellie Lee Outlaw; and his sisters, Jean Mathis and Henrietta Wofford. He is survived by: his wife Linda Outlaw; his sons, Tim Outlaw (Sharon) and Jeff Outlaw (Judy); his grandchildren, Brittany Brock (Kenny), Taylor Outlaw, Abby Outlaw and Carlee Outlaw; and his siblings, Virginia Crain (Wayne), Danny Outlaw (Louise) and Betty Crosby (Tim). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Anglin Funeral Home (402 Donelson Pkwy, Dover, TN 37058). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Corinth Cemetery (1695 Long Creek Rd, Dover, TN 37058).
