He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Riggins and Edith Young Riggins; his brothers, Sonny, Blane, Scotty, Tony and Marty Riggins; and his siblings-in-law, John Barnhill and Janet Riggins.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mable Barnhill and Joan Simpson; and his sisters-in-law, Gertrude Riggins, Janey Riggins, Linda Riggins and Marilyn Riggins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
