He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Williams and Ruby Miller Williams; his siblings, Juanita and Denny; and his brother-in-law Drew.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Phillips Williams; his daughter Gina (Greg Dyekman); his grandson William; and his close friend Brenda Knight. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
