He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Madison and Edna Dowland Campbell of Virginia; and his brother Gene Campbell. He is survived by : his wife Sharon Boatwright Campbell; his children, James Madison Campbell (Jennifer) of Dover, TN and April Campbell Forrest (J. B.) of Pagosa Springs, CO; his brothers, Steve Campbell (Sue) of Waverly, TN and Jimmy Campbell (Barbara) of Jackson, TN; his sister-in-law Wanda Campbell of Martin, TN; and his grandchildren, Nora Rae Forrest and Jonna Belle Forrest.
